Every case that is accepted is prepared and investigated as if it is going to trial. Some lawyers will set a fee to negotiate a guilty plea and another fee should you decide to go to trial. I refuse to work that way. Lawyers that only prepare cases for pleas are not looking at defenses and issues that may work for you. Though based in Longview, Texas, I have represented individuals accused of intoxication offenses all over Texas from Midland to Galveston. Furthermore, I handle cases where persons are charged with other crimes, from drug possession to murder, as well as federal cases. Additionally, I accept cases for appeal.
